Dr. Manon Sarah Littek has set up the Food Impact Investment Fund Katjesgreenfood as CEO and Managing Director and is a board member of Foodstirs, Veganz and The Rainforest Company. Previously, she worked in various roles at Hubert Burda Media, most recently as the Managing Director of DLD Ventures (Investment Focus Tech in US and Israel), Director M&A and co-founder of the first social media science platform Science Blogs DACH. In addition, she was a founding member of the Digital and Future Conference DLD. Dr. Manon Littek holds a doctoral degree from the FU Berlin, obtained a BA in Philosophy from Oxford University and graduated from the INSEAD Finance AMP.
