Ingrid Odegard is a researcher and consultant at CE Delft with the Supply Chain Analysis team, where she is team lead on all food-related projects. In her work she’s keen to put her environmental know-how to work in a broader perspective (government policy, societal issues, perspectives for action by industry and consumers). She has extensive experience in the field of sustainable protein production and consumption. Ingrid generally works on projects with support committees and advisory groups, giving her an extensive network ‘in the field’. She graduated in Industrial Ecology (MSc) at Delft Technological University and Leiden University, specializing in the relationship between global food scenarios for 2050 and the use of land, water and fertilizers.
