Track: Latest research on the Impact of Cultured Meat
Pelle Sinke is a researcher and consultant at CE Delft in the Supply Chain Analysis team. He can apply his passion for food and sustainability in many food-related projects, among which sustainability assessment of cell-based meat. In his study in Engineering, Design and Innovation (BEng) he researched product design and manufacture, experience he subsequently built on with theoretical knowledge and critical analytical skills gained during his study in Industrial Ecology (MSc) at Delft Technological University and Leiden University, where he graduated on sustainability assessment of tempeh production in Indonesia.
